  1. Digital Products (Software and eBooks):
    • Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been downloaded, activated, or accessed.
    • Exceptions may be made if the product is proven defective or incompatible due to an error on our part.
  2. Physical Products (Books and Tools):
    • Products are eligible for return or exchange if:
      • They arrive damaged or defective.
      • They are incorrect (e.g., wrong item sent).
      • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Activated or used software licenses.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless they are defective.
