Software Licensing Agreement

This Software Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Cardiagsoft (“Licensor”) and you, the user (“Licensee”), governing the use of the diagnostic software provided by Cardiagsoft. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Cardiagsoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software solely for personal or professional automotive diagnostic purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ownership

The software and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of Cardiagsoft. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the software, only the right to use it as specified.

3. Permitted Uses

• Install the software on a single computer or device unless explicitly authorized for multiple installations.
• Use the software for diagnosing, programming, or repairing vehicles as intended.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or sell the software without prior written consent from Cardiagsoft.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for illegal purposes or in a manner that infringes on third-party rights.
• Share license keys, activation codes, or other access credentials.

5. Updates and Support

• Cardiagsoft may provide updates or upgrades to the software at its discretion. These updates may be subject to additional terms.
• Technical support is available as per the terms outlined in our Support Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective upon purchase and remains in effect until terminated. Cardiagsoft reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cardiagsoft does not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cardiagsoft be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country/state].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Cardiagsoft and the Licensee concerning the use of the software and supersedes all prior agreements.
